Default Fished north of Shrews Rocks NJ today

Set up on some rough bottom and bailed little seabass no stop with some nice keeper porgies and seabass mixed in.

By early afternoon, the wind shifted from SW to S and it was a rough ride straight into it all the way back to Shark River inlet.

Roughest conditions I've been out in the V21 so far....tabs down, engine tucked, and made 3,500 rpm, then 3,000 as it built to 4-5' with a few bigger sets.

Had the curtains up, but not the bow cover because we're making an adjustment.
Anyway, glad I had the curtains today because it was comin' on good !!
Was actually glad to get inside the inlet......

Also, met some good people on a very clean 86' V20 back at the ramp. Asked if he used this site - nope, wasn't aware of it so hopefully will take a look.
I said it was " sporty out there " ...... that got some laughs
