I looked at this one. The transom and first 12 inches of the transom are rotten. That is what I can see. The bilge smelled of fuel .... not sure from where and it lives in brackish salt water - PO said that it had not been out of the water in 5-6 years.

That would be alot of work, too much for me. still working on my '79 CC.
