They are in California. As an update, just as mysteriously as no item, I received a message from Paypal this afternoon telling me that they (Propelled Marine) have refunded me my money!! Don't ask me why or how, I'm just happy to get my cash back.  (Although truthfully I really wanted that oil pump thingie). Gonna try the link that JasonCoopercola put up, ( www.marinesolutionswi.com/index.htm) see if I can get it through them. In all cases, I'd be very careful in any dealings with Propelled marine...
