Great vids Oz. I've heard of the technique but never seen it til now.

Here is how we do corn on the grill (also works in the oven):

Soak inside the shuck in water for 15 minutes or however long, doesn't really matter. Remove from water, wrap in tinfoil. Put it on the grill for 30 - 45 minutes at around 350 or more, turning occasionally. The tinfoil isn't really necessary but it cuts down on the mess the shuck makes as it dries out and flakes off. Also, it is harder to OVERCOOK than you think so don't worry about that too much.
