Sorry Joe...my crazy sister put 'em on You Tube...we were just foolin' around at her beach house back in June...anyway...
No pre-cook, no pre-soak...NUTHIN'...4 mins PER EAR...8 mins for 2 ears...I personally haven't done more than 2 at a time so cannot say for sure, but HEAR more than two cooked at 4 min per works as well...4 MINS PER EAR...then cut the stalk end off and shake or pinch the silky end down until the cob drops out the bottom..it will be VERY HOT, completely cooked, moist, juicy and FREE of silks...might be one or two, but hey...live w/it...easiest, quickest way ever to do fresh corn...
