[QUOTEBlue_Runner Dangit - can't see the pix. Must be blocked here at work.....did the ribs turn out as good as the first time?
Today 12:01 P][/QUOTE]

Ribs tasted great, but I went a little less time this time, and they were not fall off the bone type like I like. But I did more , and on a rib rack so they were closer together, guess I should have added time instead?

RidgeRunner Nice hot pot. But who segregated all that stuff when it come off the boil? We just heap up in a big ol' pile and have at it. LOL You got organization skills brother.. Linguisa and sweet bread, OMG!
Yea its a pain but the clams are on the bottom so you got to get the rest off before you get to them. I love sweet bread and all them fixing's!! Our Lobsters have claws full of meat, not like them claw less south ones.
