I love hearing stories of people that have "seen the light" in whatever was taking them down and decided to stand up and do something about it. For me it was smoking...long hard fight to stop, but I've been smoke free now for over 10 years. (Not easy for someone that smoked for over 40 years). Jdog, you're on the right track my man.
