They are pretty good on checking if you have a phone to limt it to one per house hold. My wife has one, and so did my mom when she retired. But i am sure there are others getting and abusing them!

They have the same thing here in NJ, but they give you 250 free minutes every month. I have no problem with a free land line for an elderly person on a fixed income...someone like that, but this is just crazy.
And people wonder why the "takers" continue to vote for someone that's taking their freedoms away from them at an alarming rate.. simply disgusting.
