yes tartuffe, this is my situation. while i must admit my union doesnt carry the strength it once did, it continues to fight for our rights and work rules as well as representation when the company wants to discipline us. our union is several thousand strong and although our local doesnt like to flex its muscles the way it once did we are still pretty powerful.
