What kind of experience do you have with these type of projects? Just curious, I had very little and my project is coming along nicely albeit slow.

I really like getting my fiberglass and fillers from boatbuildercentral.com and I get my epoxy resin from U.S. Composites. I bought my fiberglass rollers from Tap Plastics. I bought a whole arsenal but only use the 3/8" x 2" roller for rolling out the glass after wetting.

I believe Kracker went with poly or vinylester resin for his rebuild. He can probably give you the best source for those products.

Now back to gas. Here in the great state of NC we have some of the highest gas taxes in the country. This enables us to have nice roads and NO TOLL BOOTHS. Considering my highway gas is bought by my employer and I spend far more money on boat gas, I think I like your way. Problem now is they want to build toll booths here as well ("the way we did it up North") but you know those taxes won't come down.

Welcome again Jay, sorry to hijack your thread.
