(But seriously, being the many time victim of flooding I can tell you that the Red Cross does a hero's job. I've received clean up kits, tools, food, evacuation if needed, lodging, etc. All given freely without a single expectation of repayment. Truly a class act orginization that deserves any help you can give them). (Even longer garden hoses)
