I'll make the presumption that it was ok and running when you put it away last winter, so it sounds to me like a case of winter corrosion on your wire terminals. Clean, check and tighten all your connections (don't forget fuses) I'll bet that solves your problem. If it doesn't, then my next step would be to replace the positive and the negative cables going from your battery to the engine.
