I got started on the 16 McKee, pulled everything out of the boat
started off with a virgin console, cut a few holes in it, mounted up a new helm, new gauges, new switch panel and a used OMC shifter
I think I'm going to need a smaller wheel on this one
Kendall even helped me a bit on it today
