Wrap a tube around yer torso filled w/the liquid(plugged of course) before puttin' yer clothes on for the fishing trip...w/one end, ending up at the point at issue...have a snap-on attachment for the pump end of the tube...it'll be body temp on application which will beat hell outta that cold shot...
