I was in the Leonardo State marina. When I signed up for the slip I was put on a waiting list and told that they were $400 for the season... By the time I actually got a slip 4 years later the price had gone up to $1100.. I kept it for 2 years and saw it go to $1250 in that time. My boats have been trailer queens ever since. As far as I know, the annual fee was $73.95 per foot (around $1500) for a 20' boat in 2009. I can only guess what it is now.. I'm betting it's around $1600 now....still a bargain considering other marinas in the area, but more than I care to spend to just let my boat sit there.

If God didn't have a purpose for us we wouldn't be here, so
Live simply, Love generously, Care deeply, Speak kindly.
(Leave the rest to God)

Silence, in the face of evil, is itself evil. Not to speak is to speak, not to act is to act. God will not hold us guiltless.
