I've been renting dedicated boxes from these guys for years -
http://www.codero.com/dedicated-server-hosting/ . They've got boxes as low as $70 per month. These are dedicated machines, and they treat them as if you own them.
Last year you were having problems and I offered the use of one of my dormant dedicated boxes, but never heard back from you. Will say again, if you ever need help with anything to do with Unix or Linux admin I'd be glad to help. This is what I do for a living.
