We can protect ourselves and retain our liberties.
"Those that surrender liberty to gain security shall have neither liberty or security"
Allowing the government to seize and detain an American Citizen without appearing before a judge and charged with a crime and to place that individual in Cuba indefinitely on the say so of the military or our government is the start of the slippery slope our Founders warned us about.
God Bless Senator Paul for fighting this, and all should remember this in Nov 2012.
our liberties and our Constitution are being eroded daily by an omni present federal government, and never so much as under this socialist administration.
this is not a democrat, republican thing. This is a U.S Citizen thing. this is a what will our kids live under thing.
