I have a bit of a differrent view on healthcare as I have had a good deal of experience with it and pre existing conditions as well as ludacrous costs. I for one HATE obamacare, and wish it would be struck down entirely. We do need healthcare reform, but obamacare only helps to garner him votes and help those who help got him elected. And teh single biggest problem with healthcare has nothing to do with the healthcare industry. Lawyers are the single biggest reason as to why healthcare is so expensive. there are to many people out there who fall for these scam lawyers making baseless lawsuits and driving up the cost of malpractice insurance for the doctors and providers. Why is it a pill for a human costs say $10, but the same exact pill from a vetrinarian for an animal costs $.10? It all boils down to all of the differrent insirance companies involved in selling it to people and all the differrent approval process's it must go through. This is where obamacare is a SERIOUS problem as it does nothing but go through even more insurance companies.

And if you don't have insurance, a hospital will not turn you away if you truly need help so the whole arguement of people dieing without insurance is also bogus. And why should people with a cold be going to the ER? We need serious reform, but obamacare is not it. As for pre existing conditions, this can normally only be held agaianst you for 5 years. Once you've had a problem for 5 years without problems they can no longer hold it against you under most policies. I have alot of problems from past accidents, but they cannot be used against me as they were over 5 years ago now.

And why should a person have to pay over $300 a month for crappy coverage? Insurance companies have been allowed to run rampant unchecked for to long now, and they have gotten there lobbyists in DC to mold things to there favor so they can squeeze out competition and narrow the market. We need to remove some of the restrictions on insurance companies and open it up to an actual free market which will drive prices down with competition. And also we need to restrain the lawyers to reduce teh number of frivolous lawsuits which will in turn drive down the providers costs. The whole system is broken is teh problem, and the dingbats in DC are playing on as the ship sinks.
