Well mine would come and go, never knew when it would happen. When it did, I would feel a little dizzy and very weak. (OK, more than normal

). I could usually get rid of it by laying down and hold breath hard\appy pressure to chest (push like taking a dump)...after a few attempts. Even though I was taking meds for it, it seemed to be happening more and more. It was akward when I was at a pats game, but a little more scary when I was out by myself in the V in the middle of buzzards bay...
One of the best things I ever did for myself...
