should we call it she crab soup or she striper soup?
My brother had and awesome idea to use striper meat in place of crab meat while making some she crab soup. Striper has a very similar texture to crab if you have ever noticed. just use your normal she crab recipe and bake the rockfish in the oven with no seasoning and when finished just add to soup as noted in recipe. it is awesome and you will never tell the difference.
