The manager at O'Reillys gave me an o-ring. I put it on and screwed the valve into the housing, had to give it a good push to start the threads, and filled it the reservoir with tilt/trim fluid. I hit the t/t-button one time and it started leaking again. Unscrewed the valve again, and now i had TWO o-rings! I looked at my diagram online again, and yep, only one o-ring shown. So i go and sit down with a beer to look at this mess for a while. After looking at the valve i discovered the o-ring O'Reillys gave me was too thick. When i screwed the valve into the housing a sharp edge at the bevel had cut the o-ring into two pieces!

Destroyer, i will take one of those super deluxe, extra tough, extra special synthetic hypalon marine o-rings.

Pic below of the o-ring o'reillys gave me on the valve. Tomorrow i will pick one up at the dealer.
