That's sort of a nebulous question because there are so many different factors that can effect it.. How much load are you putting into her (People, fishing gear, ice, gas etc) is the bottom painted? is the engine in good shape? etc etc etc.
My *guess* would be somewhere in the 35-40 mph range... but that's strictly a guess...
