For a comparison, the aluminum props are reputed to flex a good bit more at a strain and high rpm's than the stainless. The composite should do it even more than the aluminum. This is why the same pitch and diameter of one prop material doesn't translate to being the same on another prop made of different material.
Arguably, the stainless prop has a better chance damaging parts of the engine in a grounding event than the aluminum. The composite prop should come apart quicker than the aluminum, being even less apt to damage the engine parts.
Guess it all boils down to what your boating habits are.

Tsubaki's 100% correct. And just something extra to think about.. if you hit something soft with a metal prop you might or might not damage the prop.. hit the same thing with a composite and you'll be buying new blades for it or worse. And they ARE expensive.
