i agree keep what you got im in the process of rebuilding a 3.7 , the cost of a engine swap is too much for the value of the boat. If u only need a fishing boat stick with the 3.7 internal engine parts are cheap as there 1/2 a ford big block .if u want a faster boat buy another v20 with the hp u want
