Pretty much all of us here are wrench turners... meaning that we tend to do our own repairs and mods if possible. You can find nice gage sets on eBay for reasonable prices. As far as someone to do it for you, that's usually a local issue.. You'll have to find someone in your area that can do the work. I'd suggest a carpenter rather than a marina. He can make the dash panel and the cutouts for the gages, then all you have do is wire them up.
