Striper bite is on in NJ!
Got a 35Lb and a 22Lb on Monday evening in 60 ft by Manasquan inlet buoy.
got 3 in the upper 20s this morning at 7am off Bay Head, tight to the beach. Had 3 live bunker out. 3 bites in a row... as I released one fish, had another running! Landed 3 for 3! Love them 8/0 circle hooks!
Sorry no fish pix but I was solo again and I released the fish. Got a mean case of striper thumbs though!
West wind is blowin hard now. Gonna be flat along the beach all weekend I hope.
