REALLY simple..I built my charcoal basket out of expanded metal..bought a weber 22" replacement grill for cooking rack and other than that had all the materials on hand. I got about 30 bucks in it total.
Works great on a normal sized load of charcoal (one chimmey full plus a tad) it will hold 200-250 for 12 hours+
Done a chicken yesterday evening...this craps addictive. Im looking at stray cats in a whole new light now.
