			You buy it by the foot. Just get more than you think you need.  When you take the old hose off, cut the new hose to that length.  In my '82, the tank in the floor back against the transom.  Conservatively, I could probably plan for 18" from the tank to the water seperator.  Another 18" from there to the shutoff valve.  Maybe 4 ft from there to the primer bulb.  Then 2 feet to the engine.  10 ft would cover it, I think.  More if your tank is further up or if you have multiple tanks.
