If Tony at Shoreflythe is correct the only way to get the connecting pins (that hold the cyl to the transom shield) is to push them outboard with high pressure grease. If you look at the 2 pics that show the yellow dots, they get removed and then the grease fittings are exposed.
He said they could be very hard to get out.
Tony said he had found o rings and seals to fit them but he didn't sound like he would sell them to me or install them in mine ( I think he wants to do the removal and reinstallation)
If I can get them out I was planning to go to a hyd shop and try to find the o rings and seals but I may see if Tony will sell them to me.
Spare was looking to see if he could find a manual on mine. My Seloc repair manual doesn't address my type of connection.
