Mine is the 19' if memory is correct, which would bring the question, if the transom will need such major rebuild and also all wood being replaced it would not be a big step to stretch it out several feet. What would be the down side if any ? and how much might be practical ?

I can do anything I set my mind to, so removing cost and logic, let go of the wisdom (everyone)
