Welcome to the board...has the boat been sitting unused for those two years or has the previous owner been using it?...if it's been sitting, chances are good you should properly dispose of the gas and plan on a carburetor rebuild...ALSO, that motor most likely has an auto-oiling system on it...I would strongly suggest dismantling that system for a good cleaning and replace that oil...motors go POOF when their oiling systems fail...
