Transom Question
Can someone clear my head on the different style transoms?
I understood that the trasom was changed for outboards mounts to a smaller style opening yet I find various newer year V20s with the "old wide" transom. Just confused or understood wrong.
In the photos below left to right are 1978, 1982, 1984, and 1985 models. At least this is what there ads stated.
