Default Timing Wheel Replacement Help

Attached a pic of the problem. Was running in today and the motor just cut out, after an hour of random starts, stalls, dead batteries, etc I noticed the timing wheel was toast. Not sure how that happened but I am sure this may explain some of the other idle issues and rough start problems I was having.

Anyway, I have the replacement part, but no NOTHING about timing and the OIS system. Can I just slap on the new wheel and be good to go? Just match up where it was with the new one?

Any help would be appreciated as I am in the dark here.

Thanks.
