My first question would be... why?
But, aside from that, my first comment would be to measure the space you have and then the amount of space that two motors would take up. IF you have enough room then I would weigh the engine or try to look up what each engine weighed and add them together for the total.
Compare that to a single 200HP motors weight.
If I recall correctly those were V4 motors... pretty big, and they were heavy also. Electric shift using two solonoids in the lower unit to shift from forward to reverse.
