Truthfully, I've never been a fan of Cox trailers... I just don't like the way they make the front post. That being said, most trailers have an adjustment so you can move the entire wheel/axel assembly front or rear several feet. That way you can adjust for tongue weight. Look at the trailer carefully, in person, and see if there are multiple mounting holes in the frame near where the tires are presently mounted. Red skys at night...
