Willy and Tsubaki are right on...for instance...if you are "quartering" an oncoming wind/sea condition, you're gonna get wet in virtually any boat..if your boat kicks up a spray and you are downwind of it, better have your rubbers handy...about the only way to insure staying dry is to invest in a soft top w/front & side enclosures...it'll not only keep you dry, but you'll also find yourself going out earlier in the season and staying out later as well...season-stretcher as they say...
