Rob... As a follow-up... Yes, the free dirt ramp near the NJ State Marina in Forked River is still there. It's an easy launch, but trailer parking is limited. Typically it's first come, first served. A little to the south in Waretown is a launch ramp that's due west of Tice's .... It's a fee to launch ramp, but it's a straight run to the other side of the bay. (So. Harbor Marine, 116 Oregon Ave. Waretown.)
If you have any other preferances I'm open to any suggestion. I have no pride of ownership in the above places... they are only suggestions.
