Hard to believe that it was actually cleaner when MJ owned her. Looks like the current owner removed the I/O engine cover. They're asking too much, but it appears that it was donated to a charity. The charity or previous owner had it surveyed for the tax deduction and that's possibly where they came up with that dollar amount.
Remind me to never use that surveyor.
