Re: hoisting motor?
I forgot to tell you that when I used the strap technique, I had 2 other guys helping. Plus, we removed 2 motors off my boat and the 2nd went much much smoother than the first. In other words, we learned from our mistakes on the first one because the way we had it strapped made it tilt. The 2nd motor went very smoothly. Have a mechanical steel hoist with movement in all directions was really nice too. 8)
