Oh yea, how did you assemble the floor overall. I know I can't get a single piece in through the hatch into my cuddy, so expect at least it'll be 2 maybe 3 pieces assembled together ultimately to fit it all in.
First I demoed everything outta the cuddy down to the stringers...left a 3" lip around the outter edge to attach the new floor to...the new material went back in as 3 pieces...first was a single piece that glued and screwed down to the tops of the stringers that became the lip for the lids to rest on...it's kinda like a squared figure 8..then the front piece w/openings cut 1" larger than the fig 8...then the back piece, cut same for openings...took all of one sheet of ply and 1/3 of second so you'll need 2...
