Yes, I do believe Ferm could straighten them right up.
It has been my experience when the mechanics don't know what they are doing they simply fake it for the paycheck and just throw new parts at it until it fixes it or until the customer gets fed up. Texaco is the customer doing the paying. Wonder how far they are willing to go?
