Unfortunately, that's a great example of how we got such a big goverment.
We should also form a committee to investigate why so many useless committees are formed.
BTW I did know about why the department of energy was formed and that crap. You know if they did actually do something like lesson our need for foreign oil, they might put themselves out of a job.
