Second, a friend down south told me to put a bag of spicey pork rinds through a food processor and use them as bread crumbs. Says the crunch is unbelievable mixed with the bacon and pork taste with a little kick to boot.

Have to get my hands on some descent biscuits too, because that sounds good and there may be some left over for tomorrow morning!
