I agree FERM!
And I do have one bolt hole left to go up but I'm able to achieve everything I want where it is.
When lifted up and tilted forward completely, I can even change the spark plugs standing flatfooted in the back of the boat without having to lean out and over the motor.
In those photo's above, I had it tilted up just high enough to clear the water.
