Just got home and looked at it again and it could be the dreaded weep hole. I thought it was at the bottom of the raised passageway. This hole is 4-5 inches up from the oil pan,on the left side of the timing cover,just above the 3rd bolt. This is the only part of this engine I didnt mess with. Guess Ill have to scrub up and do a little more surgery. I dont think it will be too bad. Ive heard about using speedy sleeves on the cam nose if it has grooves in it. Illcheck it out further before I start. Thanks Spare!
