RIBoater,

I just painted my floor with the Duraback and am very pleased with the results. Duraback does have two types of finishes to choose from. The anti-skid is on the rough side, but for me I love it, no more slipping on a wet deck. As for a dirt magnet goes, my floor washes & cleans up just fine. From all the past posts I have read on Duraback, someone painted their boat with the smooth duraback. They were unhappy with the results and they tried to strip it off and it is a lot of hard work. Do a search and you will find the info you need I am sure.

Whatknot did a great floor repair and then he did the Duraback anti-skid paint, it came out mint. There are other types/brands of marine floor paint available but I chose Duraback because of what everyone on this website had said about it, I am not sorry one bit. It hides and fills the spidercracks great and I do love the way it turned out. In time we will see if they come back to the surface. Good luck I hope this helped.
