Nice picture fillet. Same set up as mine except I just let the water drain directly onto the shelf and into the bilge through the cut out on the shelf. Might want to double clamp that hose since it's on a thru hull. If I do the hose, I'm going to send it directly to the bilge rather than through the hull. We'll have to check back on it at the end of the season to see how you like your set up after fish guts, leaves and other junk passes through there.
