  I believe that would be a 24' Hurricane. It is different but excellent and certainly worth saving. I'd say the running surfaces are very close. The cuddy on the Hurricane is slightly raised like a Chapparal 244, while the 23 Formula has a flat deck and just slightly raised at the windshield. It will cut through seas like the Formula IMO. I've rode in both and I can't tell a difference. These boats would work well with a big 4-stroke outboard because they were designed for twin cast iron inboard blocks, they're too light with a single V6 2-stroke and float with their chines several inches above the waterline....not good for trolling or bottom fishing. Either one runs well with 200 hp.
