If I was gonna put 6 Gs into another motor, I'd make it a down payment on a new one...w/that much down-stroke you can about write your own deal today...stretch the balance out over as many years as you can and you'll hardly feel 'em...and you KNOW what you got...and one of the things you got is a warranty...Outboard mfgrs and dealers are in a DEALIN' mood right now...I know nothing about your situation, but if you can swing it, that'd be my suggestion...
