use 1 layer of 10 oz cloth only. chopped doesn't give strength like cloth or better if you want to spend it us bi axle mat cloth. but just use 10 oz or heavier cloth. 1 layer

you don't have to do this but i didn't want my floor hole above floor as a toe stumper so i made it counter sunk and level to be easier on the feet.
